As with all worlds, houses, cities or realms, there are rules and we too, at Thentis, have rules which all are expected to
abide by and live by. The following are the rules within the walls of our city.
1 - Visitors to the City need to disarm at the gate to show they have no hostile intentions. The fabled City of Thentis is
guarded by a forty foot marbled Wall stretching completely around the City, there are Three City gates, two of which are locked
and barred at night. Only the High Gate is open at night. By entering any part of Thentis it will be automatically assumed
You have been disarmed and have read the rules.
2 - kajirae will greet All Citizens (Free Peoples) within the City. Visitors and Strangers will not be greeted until They
have been admitted into the City by a Citizen Member..."greetings all" is NOT acceptable and shows disrespect to the Nobles.
slaves may not be so informal as to say "greetings kajirae, slaves, girls, triks" etc. They will be respectful to their given
names and call them by such.
3 - RULES FOR FREE WOMEN...
A -.All FW..will wear full veils and robes when outside the Hearth and may wear vanity veils and house robes within it. It
is expected, as a Gorean Free Women that she will give due repsect to ALL Free Men within the city. If she has offended a
Free Man of the city, she can expect that she will be collared, as is the right of Men. Free Women that are of the Inner Circle
are to be caged and then a trial by the Inner Circle will be set.
B - All New Free Women who join our city will be expected to petition the protection of the City and in doing so they Must
go to any Member of the Inner Circle..and kneel as a FW ( thighs together beneath their robes..with hands resting on their
thighs, palms facing downards) asking for the favor of the City's protection. Thus receiving the protection from the cities
membership.
C - When there are no slaves available to serve the Free Men, then it will be the responsiblity of the FW to offer service
to the Men and serve with the dignity of their Status.
D - Open sexual displaying by FW, Flirting excessively, showing of body parts above the knees, face are reason enough for
a Free Man to subject her to a collar. Free Women will be respectful to and of Men, being one step away from being themselves
collared. You remain Free at the pleasure and will of Men. Keep it in mind once you enter. Free Women are to be respectful
and defer to Men at all times. If you want respect, then give it. It's not going to be handed out to you just because you
claim you are Free. Those who don't show respect, may be collared.
4 - If you enter the city, enter with a real name, NO GUESTS! (Wolf, Horse, Gorilla, Gnu etc). Those entering under "hidden
from view" will be removed immediately.
5 - No kajirae may pm/whisper without permission unless it is to another slave or their own Master/Mistress.
6 - All "Newbies to gor" are welcome to enter and watch or learn - if wishing to merely observe, please announce that you
are an observer. If a Free Person, You may ask questions of the other Free Persons within the city while observing, If kajirae
you are to observe ONLY and if you wish to ask a question you will beg permission to do so and wait until answered - you will
NOT serve food, drink, dance or lap while in Thentis unless You have had formal training. If a slave enters with NO collar
they may be captured by ANY Thentis Member and made their own if they are disrespectful or displeasing.
7. Citizinship of Thentis.
A/anyone wishing to reside inside Thentis of MainHall must petition the Ubar - CloudWalker - and upon approval and vote by
city M/members may you claim citizinship of Thentis.
8 - kajirae are welcome to visit and speak to kajirae friends within the City as long as they wear their collar and respect
Thentis' rules. No new kajirae/kajirus may serve, dance or lap with a Master or Mistress other than their own. If seen to
do so it will be dealt with severely. ALL new kajirae who wish to join Thentis are placed in a slaver's collar for 3-7 days
(unless they become students of the School)..where they may study and do chores ONLY. They are NOT to serve unless by approval
of their trainer or there are NO other City kajirae in the room, then it is permissable and only then with respect to their
silk colors.
9 - No dual memberships will be allowed -(An exception is made to room names for the use of controlling tavern/inn/city collared
slaves).
10 - THIS CITY IS A CAPTURE / NO KILL ZONE.
The only exception being a challange set forth to defend Ones Honor. Captures of uncollared slaves can ONLY be done by City
Members IF that slave has acted in an unrespectful/unpleasing manner. No capturing of slaves that have remained pleasing and
respectful or refusal to serve Members by restrictions or by command of their Owner - NO EXECPTIONS!
11 - Members will not accept services of unknown Outside Healers. All City Trained slaves will have some knowledge in healing
cuts and wounds..POISON IS NOT ACCEPTED IN THIS CITY.. If there is a Friendly Healer or a Member who is a Healer then they
may indeed help the wounded.
12 - There are Four types of collars recognized here, The Tavern/Inn Collar, The School Master/Slaver's collar, the City Collar,
the Personal Collar. Any non collared slave entering Thentis will at all times remain respectful and exhibit proper kajirae
behaviour or they will be subjected to the steel and or will of the Free.
13 - The use of the 'Online' Gorean language is not spoken in Thentis. Only words appearing in the Scrolls (Books) are acceptable..
(To O/our Visitors however, it is tolerated respectfully but don't expect any slave to be reprimanded in any way for not understanding
a request/order spoken in the "online" tongue.)
14 - No dual personnas or dual collars will be allowed.
